Privacy and educational resources
Background privacy & legal notice
Effective October 5, 2026. Interview Game Plan is operated by Twenty One Capital Group LLC.
Personalized criminal-history coaching has been discontinued. Our final delivery email includes an optional link to a standalone OIL educational guide. You can read that guide without submitting criminal-history answers.
What information is used
The service uses your résumé, job posting, interview details, and job-related answers to prepare your plan. We no longer request criminal-history information or generate personalized OIL answers. Please omit criminal-record details and other unnecessary sensitive information from uploads and free-text responses.
How it is processed and delivered
Tally collects form submissions and uploaded files. Cloudflare hosts the website and routes submissions to the preparation workflow. Make and OpenAI process information to prepare AI-assisted coaching. Google/Gmail delivers your plan to the email address associated with your purchase. Stripe handles payment information and purchase verification.
Your emailed plan contains personal interview-preparation information. Earlier plans may also contain background details previously provided. Use an email account you control, and consider who can access it. Review the plan before forwarding it to anyone. The current delivery workflow emails the purchaser; a reentry organization should not assume it receives a participant’s answers simply because it funds a plan. Any separate sharing arrangement needs to be explained to the participant first.
What to leave out
Do not submit Social Security numbers, case numbers, victim or witness names, unnecessary identifying details about other people, legal documents, or confidential communications with a lawyer. Health, treatment, and recovery details are not needed. Do not admit conduct you dispute. For a matter that is ongoing, disputed, sealed or expunged, seek qualified legal help before deciding what to share or say.
Interview coaching has limits
This service is interview practice, not legal advice, legal representation, or an attorney-client relationship. Submissions are not confidential attorney communications. It does not decide what you must disclose, determine legal eligibility for a job, or guarantee employment, a background-check result, or any legal outcome.
AI can make mistakes. Check every statement before using an answer, remove anything that is not true, and use your own words. Suggested examples are ideas to consider only if they are accurate for you. Ask a qualified lawyer about disclosure obligations and the wording of unresolved or disputed matters.
Previously submitted information and records after delivery
Removing the background questions does not automatically delete earlier submissions, generated answers, processing records, or delivered emails. You may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact below.
Delivering a plan does not automatically erase its source information. Form submissions, uploaded files, workflow and processing records, generated plans, and email copies may remain in the service accounts used to provide and support the product. Preventing answers from carrying over to a future purchase is not the same as deleting existing records. No internet service can guarantee complete security.
Privacy questions and requests
Contact twentyonecapitalgroup@gmail.com for questions or to request access, correction, or deletion. Start with the email address used for your purchase and the type of request; do not send sensitive case details or identity documents in your initial message. A request may require verification, and some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or transaction purposes. Do not assume that sending a request immediately removes every provider record, backup, or email copy.
This notice covers interview-preparation records, previously submitted background information, and the optional educational guide. It is not a statement that the service is suitable for every organization’s privacy or legal requirements. Organization-funded programs should agree on participant consent, access, retention, and responsibilities before onboarding participants.
Updates to this notice will appear here with a revised effective date.
